How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery timescales depend on the service you choose and your location. Estimated delivery times for each option will be shown during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and not a confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

When your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking information, allowing you to follow your order’s progress.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email. This will give you the most up-to-date information on the location and status of your delivery.

Failed Deliveries & Instructions

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier company.

We are not responsible for any failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or delivery charge.

Delivery Restrictions
